Salary raise – November 1st, 2026

NEW HOURLY RATES FOR BUILDING SERVICE EMPLOYEES AS OF NOVEMBER 1, 2026

Class A – Heavy maintenance work: $23,83 per hour
Class B – Light maintenance work: $23,83 per hour
Class C – High rise cleaning: $24,49 per hour

RRSP: Once an employee has acquired the status of regular employee, the employer must pay the contribution to the plan for the hours paid before the employee obtained that status.

The employer’s contribution to the plan remains at $0.20 per hour paid to the employee.

In reference to employees over 71 years of age, a reminder to add this amount to their hourly rates.
