In the context of this strike, when possible, the parity committee will show tolerance regarding compliance with document production deadlines. But, to minimize delays we ask you to prioritize sending documents either by email or fax:

SUBMISSION OF MONTHLY REPORTS – PRE-PRINTED REPORTS

Please note that the pre-printed monthly report for the month of November should take place on November 25. We hope the strike will be over by then. But in case the pre-printed report is not delivered to your office, here are the solutions available to employers:

• Submission of your monthly report
  • Registration to the electronic transmission portal for monthly reports

• Payment of your monthly report
  • Registration for the pre-authorized payment

If you wish to maintain this report format, you can come and drop it off at our offices along with the payment of your levy and RRSP contributions.

If you subscribe to pre-authorized payment, we will exceptionally agree to receive your monthly report by email at info@cpeep.qc.ca

CLAIMS – PAYMENT TRANSMISSION

If you are registered for pre-authorized payments for your monthly reports, contact our claims agents by email to give us authorization to withdraw the amount you wish to pay.

If you are not registered for pre-authorized payments, we can schedule an online payment.
