Amounts received by the CPEEP before 2023 and repayable to inactive employees

The Parity Committee for the Building Services, Montreal region, accumulated some amounts on behalf of employees having worked in the building service industry before January 1, 2023.

These amounts were received from building service employers either for RRSP contributions on behalf of their employees or claims from the Parity Committee on behalf of employees.

If you have worked for a building service employer before January 1, 2023, and you are no longer working in this industry, please consult the list below. The Parity Committee may hold some amounts on your behalf which we were unable to forward you (in the case of a claim) or to transfer to the trustee (for the RRSP contributions).

From March 2, you will need to contact the Parity committee at (514) 384-6640.

All amounts accumulated as of December 31, 2022, which are not claimed by March 1^st, 2026, will be transferred to Revenu Quebec according to article 22o) of an Act respecting collective agreement decrees (L.R.Q., c. D-2). Related articles of the Public Curator Act regarding unclaimed property apply to these amounts.
