SENDING YOUR PRE-PRINTED MONTHLY REPORTS

Please note that the send-out of the pre-printed monthly report for the Parity Committee:

• for the month of September 2025 was sent on September 23
• for the month of October 2025, it will be sent on October 23.

In case the pre-printed report is not delivered to your office, here are the options that are available to employers:

• registration to the electronic transmission portal for monthly reports
• registration to the pre-authorized payment

SENDING YOUR COMPUTERIZED MONTHLY REPORTS (PAPER FORMAT)

Employers with this type of report can drop them off at our offices along with the payment of your levy and RRSP contributions.

If you are already registered for the pre-authorized payment or wish to do so, we will exceptionally agree to receive your monthly report through our secure platform – TitanFile.

CLAIM PAYMENT

If you are registered for pre-authorized payments for your monthly reports, contact our claims agents by email to give us an authorization to withdraw the amount you wish to pay (RRSP contributions and levy only)

If you are not registered for pre-authorized payments, we can schedule an online payment, simply contact the claims agent.
