The Compt’heures: a new app for employees

The Parity Committee will stop publishing its annual agenda which included a tool to help calculate your working hours. A new app with similar features is now available for building service employees. Named Le Compt’Heures, this app can be found for free on App Store (Apple) or Google Play (Android). Once in the app store, search for the Comptheures application. You will recognize the app by its icon as shown on our home page. Please note that the app is available in both French and English.

Once you have downloaded the app on your phone, take the time to consult the guide which will be displayed once you access the app for the first time. This will help you become familiar with the features of the Compt’Heures.

The app allows you to add one or more employers, as well as one or more work places, according to your specific situation. You may then enter your work hours according to each employer, even if you work in different premises or for more than one employer.

The app also allows you to transfer all your entered work hours towards an Excel spreadsheet that you receive by email. In case you have problems with your pay, you can use the Excel file and submit it to the Parity Committee when filing a complaint.
